US Returns: We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused in their original carton packaging – we do not accept returns of used or tested items. Returns have a cost of $5.95 that will be deducted from the refunded amount. Orders processed with free shipping will be charged return shipping of $7.99, as well as the return flat rate. Items returned more than 14 days from purchase will not be able to be returned. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges.
